Medical Firstaid Training
Training Objective:
In accordance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) Code, including its amendments, 1978, the aim of this training is to ensure that personnel designated as medical officers on board ships meet the minimum competency standards required by Regulation A-VI/4 of the STCW Code. Upon completion of this training, participants should possess the necessary medical first aid knowledge and skills to promptly take effective measures in the event of accidents or illnesses occurring on board ships.
