Revalidation Training of Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations
Training Objective:
In accordance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended, ensure that Masters, Chief Officers, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers, and appropriate Officers in Charge of a Navigational Watch assigned to oil tankers meet the minimum competency standards required by Regulation A-V/1-1 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended (STCW CODE). Graduates of this training should possess the necessary knowledge and operational skills required for oil tankers, including familiarity with essential procedures and emergency response measures, to ensure the safety and environmental protection of oil tankers.
