本校於2024年10月8日取得比利時長期認證，比利時交通部航運總司表示我國學員持比國船員適任證書得以在歐盟會員(27國)及已與有簽署船員適任證書相互承認備忘錄( 26國含英國)等全球70%以上國家國籍船舶任職，

有關申請換發比利時之COC適任證書或COP小證，需要預先準備提供資料並須至指定醫療機構及指定醫生體檢，相關資訊如下：

一、換證比利時COP小證，需提供以下資料：
1. Name
2. Place of Birth
3. Date of Birth
4. Gender
5. Nationality
6. Address
7. House Number
8. Mobile Phone
9. E-mail
10. International Passport 電子掃描檔
11. digital Passport Photo in JPG, JPEG or PNG (neutral background) (only head and neck, no chest) (與護照照片一樣)
12. (Training) Certificate for applied capacity/proficiency
13. Certificates of Service  

二、換證比利時COC適任證書，需再額外提供以下資料：
14. Certificate of medical fitness for seafarers (recognized doctor)(體檢證明格式，亦請洽附件所列比利時指定之體檢醫院及醫師開立比利時認可之船員體檢證明)(如附件)
15. GMDSS Certificate (for officers deck) or Certificate High Voltage (officers engine);
16. Additional certificates: Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Tanker certificate, other.
