Leadership and Bridge Resource Management (BRM)
Training Objective:
In accordance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) Code, including its amendments, 1978, the aim of this training is to ensure that personnel assigned to navigation duties on board ships at the rank of Chief Officer or higher meet the minimum competency standards required by Regulation A-II/1 of the STCW Code. Upon completion of this training, participants should possess proficient knowledge of various electronic navigation equipment necessary for leadership, command, and bridge resource management training, as well as mastery of ship handling and operational skills under different circumstances to ensure the safety of navigation at sea.
